The Local Union serves northeastern Pennsylvania   with geographic jurisdiction covering Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wyoming, Susquehanna, Wayne, Schuylkill, Monroe, Pike, Carbon, Bradford County east of the Susquehanna River, Berwick, and Vicinity in Columbia County and part of Sullivan county.
